Training

Linda has been conducting workplace training for over 20 years, internally at a post-secondary institution and as a consultant for numerous clients, from small private companies to large governmental organizations.

Linda customizes both content and format to suit clients’ needs and engages participants through interactive exercises and discussion. Applying her background in the performing arts, Linda incorporates storytelling into her sessions, giving space to learners to share their experiences and opinions in a safe setting.

Investigations

As an external consultant, Linda has conducted numerous investigations. All investigations are conducted thoroughly, fairly, confidentially and in accordance with applicable policies and collective agreements. 

Policy Development

Linda is a lover of language and a grammar nerd who enjoys writing, even policies. Her background in law and internal policy development for a post-secondary institution have fostered the skills, vocabulary and collaborative approach needed to create policies responsive to your needs.
